SENIOR PENSION ADMINISTRATOR- SOUTHAMPTON- £250PD
A Banking Client of mine are urgently seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to be responsible for completing the administration on Defined Contribution/Money Purchase Pension Schemes.
You will also work closely with junior and new members of staff, coaching and training on role specific tasks, including but not restricted to, checking their calculations, allocating work, signing off their administration and ensuring deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will need:
- Vast knowledge and experience working in pension administration obtained through a SIPP/Defined Contributions/Money Purchase Provider
- Experience of working with SIPP~Pro software is desirable
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and self-motivating abilities
- Ability to work on their own initiative as well as being able to identify when it is necessary to seek advice and support
- Banking experience is highly beneficial
