Credit Service Company, Inc., is a third-party debt collection agency locally owned and operated in Colorado Springs, CO since 1947. We are dedicated to helping resolve past due receivables within a structure of professionalism and outstanding customer service. As our business continues to grow, Credit Service Company is looking to hire a detailed oriented and organized individual with a highly developed sense of integrity, honesty, and commitment to join our team as a Client Service Representative . Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Service Representatives are responsible for establishing and maintaining a productive relationship between Credit Service Company and clients.
  • Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and a professional demeanor while acting as a liaison between clients and upper management, in person and over the phone, in financial transactions, service and meeting set-ups, and other tasks in response to the client's needs.
  • Becomes very familiar with individual client preferences.
  • Provides the very best in Customer Service to our clients and other CSC employees.
  • Supplies documentation and information to both collectors and client in a timely manner.
  • Responds to our clients' needs and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Dresses very professionally when visiting any client for any reason.
  • Answers client questions via telephone and email with professionalism and knowledge in a timely manner.
  • Generates client statistics and simple reports.
  • Must be flexible in order to adapt with changing responsibilities, situations and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time in a fast paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not required
  • Must have dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of current insurance coverage
  • Basic medical knowledge
  • Proficient Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Typing 45 wpm, Ten-Key
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
