Description
SAP Project Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or equivalent experience in the specific field
- 8+ years of experience as a successful SAP Information Technology Project Manager using structured project management processes, ideally with a deep understanding of SDLCs including Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget as well as demonstrated competency to plan and track project schedules
- Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects in the program as required, therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills at all business levels and in addition exceptional listening, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills are mandatory
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Formulating and defining scope and objectives of the project in collaboration with the responsible Solution Owner and ensuring communication of project goals, schedule baselines, and business direction to all identified stakeholders
- Identifying all relevant project stakeholders and establishing and implementing an appropriate communication plan to manage their requirements
- Delivering the project on time, on approved budget, within quality limits and with the expected benefits
- Actively managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the respective project teams and proposing appropriate mitigation actions
