Description
Resource 1 is in need of a Sr. Business Analyst for a position in downtown Chicago (walking distance to the train). Selected candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, facilitating stakeholder meetings and creating user stories. Will also be responsible for conducting data quality assessments on large data sets. Ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of Business Analyst experience, specifically working with data migration efforts. Ideal candidate should also have at least 5 years of experience working with data transformation or structured/master data initiatives, focusing on operational data. Strong healthcare industry experience is preferred. Direct experience with healthcare file types (HL7, 837, CSV, XLS, XML, etc.) is a big plus for this position. Candidate should have experience with Agile development methodologies.
