Description

Programme Plan Manager CSOC| London (travel to other sites) |HOLD DV CLEARANCE | £650 -£750 a day
Our government client is looking for an experienced Programme Plan Manager for a London based contract to help build on existing work to establish the requirements framework for the Cyber Security Operations Centre. Develop a programme plan detailing capability requirements to support development of the CSOC. Further develop any documentation required to support approvals.
You must hold current DV clearance
*Extensive understanding of cyber threats especially in the context of a large governmental department
*Extensive understanding of defensive cyber capabilities and the interactions between them
*The ability to work with stakeholders to identify requirements and document these in a clear and concise manner
*Experience of identifying, recording and managing risk at programme and project level
*Experience of assessing governance procedures and recommending/implementing improvements
*Intimate knowledge of Capability Directorate, Joint User construct, Cyber Operations and the acquisition/scrutiny process
*Proven ability to work within a team of individuals with varying backgrounds
*Experience of staffing work through military and civilian channels
*Experience of working in Defence organisations
*Experience of working in cyber security
