Description
I am currently recruiting for a talented Programme of Care Manager for my NHS client based in London. This will be an initial 5 month contract with a target rate of £400 and a maximum rate of £500 per day.
NHS experience is essential for this role.
Please note: This role has been deemed inside IR35
Knowledge and Experience:
Strong senior leadership and management skills
Subject matter expertise across a number of key areas relating to Change Management skills
Commissioning Skills and experience in Health and/or Social Care
Financial Management experience in relation to contract management
Commissioning Skills and experience in Health and/or Social Care
Subject matter expertise across a number of key areas relating to Change Management skills
Strong senior leadership and management skills
Qualifications:
Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
Prince 2 or Managing Successful Programmes experience or Qualification.
Clinically qualified
Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
Skills:
Skills for managing relationships with a range of different stakeholders.
Skills for delivering results through managing through others and using a range of levers in the absence of direct line management responsibility.
Skills for direct line management and job management.
Works with Stakeholders to develop performance improvement plans and to develop plans for innovation and opening up the market.
Inputs to strategic plans across NHS and within the specific teams.
Previously responsible for a budget, involved in budget setting and working knowledge of financial processes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate keyboard skills.
