Social Investments Programme/Finance Administrator: World Leading Oil & Gas Co

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Administrator to support the Country Social Investment Manager in Programme administration and financial management.

About the role:

Supports the Social Investment Manager to:

  • Manage team budgeting, invoicing and expenses and spend reporting
  • Manage supplier contracts and sponsorship and donation agreements
  • Manage Employee Action Grants programme
  • Manage relationships, benefits and internal promotion associated with Corporate Memberships
  • Manage process for reviewing and responding to third party funding requests and proposals
  • Maintain the Social Investment Intranet pages
  • Ensure team compliance with Anti-bribery & Corruption and Records Management requirements
  • Manage spend and programme-impact reporting
  • Manage stakeholder lists and undertake occasional research into stakeholder organisations
  • Event support, team and office administration

About You:

  • Degree qualified, experienced professional with proven industry experience
  • Demonstrable understanding of the business - gained in operating company or global business environment i
  • Proven experience in management of complex budgets and financial administration
  • Ability to secure the trust of senior leaders through personal behaviours and performance
  • Ability to drive process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Self-starter showing high degree of personal initiative, drive, and desire to come up with creative solutions that drive business and reputational value
  • Proven skills to deliver under time pressure
  • Very good and proven English writing skills
