I am currently looking for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join my client, a tier 1 bank, based in heir London offices on an initial 6 month contract paying £120 per day.
You will form part of the Corporate Actions team and will be, in part, responsible for the end to end corporate action function such as event capture, client notification and entitlement allocation.
Reporting to the Corporate Actions Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Ensure all SLAs are met and a positive client experience is maintained through delivery and adherence to service measures.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for the company
- Develop internal stakeholder relationships with the wider team as well as general business support
- Support external counter party relationships eg Brokers, Custodians & Industry bodies
- Challenge status quo within the governance and framework of the change programme
- Ensure adherence to procedures and the risk and control framework
To apply for this position you will be Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). You will also have the ability to learn and use a variety of in-house systems. Ideally you will have Financial Services Industry experience and be able to demonstrate a strong competence around the workings of the corporate actions process.
