Job Description:-
- At least 5 years of experience in Telco domain with strong exposure to OSS/BSS.
- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/
Design/Detailing of Processes.
- Proficient and well versed in Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management domain with experience in E-commerce/Self Service.
- Fully aware of latest standards (eTOM/TAM/SID) & their applicability to customer experience management & Digital.
- Must have sound functional knowledge of Telecom BSS.
- Experience in providing solutions in the following domain areas -Wireline - Copper, Fiber and Hybrid/Wireless - 3G, 4G, LTE - Retail, Wholesale, Enterprise Segments
- Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases, Design documentation, UML modelling, etc.
- Experience in providing advanced domain advisory services.
- Understanding of market and technology trends.
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Knowledge of Delivery methodologies for Software life cycle including Agile
- Good communication skill and ability to communicate with remote team in effective manner
- Analytical Abilities, a goal oriented work approach, high quality awareness, good team player
Basic Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
