Cost/Budget Control Analyst with strong numeracy, financial control and Excel skills. This is for 12 months to cover Maternity. Working in the Global Property Services and FM Team. Must be numerate, proven exp of budget & cost/financial control and have good relationship building skills.
Responsible for:
*Preparation, control, budget management of Global Facilities budgets
*Maintenance of Facilities Database: property portfolio data, templates, cost trackers, budget packs and project plans
*Production of key data and submission of reports to SteerCo and C level
*Manage annual & allocation
*Project and Cost Control
*Invoice, purchase order, accruals & commentary processing
*Management of operational processes/procedures and compliance
*Experience in property services, facilities, real estate or financial services would be advantageous
