Description
Our Edinburgh based financial service client urgently requires an experienced Mortgage Operations Consultant to join their Customer Service Team. The successful candidate will be providing SME knowledge on mortgage operations (origination & servicing) in a regulated financial services environment. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the bank's mortgage operational programme initiatives, using your in-depth knowledge of the UK mortgage market.
Key experience required:
*Expert knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing
*SME knowledge of the UK mortgage market
*Experience within a controlled environment within a financial service organisation
*Excellent communication skills
