Compliance Manager/Beerse, Belgium/6 months Contract/47 to 79 EUR (Per Hour)
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Based upon an actual knowledge of GxP regulations, identify process improvements; manage all QA related activities linked to Change control, Qualification and Validation, suppliers, Metrics;
- Accountable for the internal quality system. Define and implement the internal quality systems. Prepare and support audits; - Starting from the validation master plan, assure the proper validation status of all systems and equipment in the environment;
- Primary point of contact for all process related QA aspects of the department;
- Will interface with many levels and functions
- Will be the spoken person towards regulatory agencies and QA for both external as well as internal quality audits;

- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan;
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines;
- Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;
- Additional certification is a plus;
Language proficiencies:
- English and French spoken and written;
- Dutch is strongly preferred;
