A Global Leader in Hotel & Product Technology, having turn over $23 billion dollar is looking to recruit a Senior Product Manager to join our Hotel Product and Technology team in Chicago, IL.The Senior Product Manager will mainly be responsible for bringing to market products, new features and enhancements that support the company and stakeholder strategies.
Position: Senior Product Manager - Hotel Product & Technology
Base Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months (Extensible)
Daily Rate: $400 -$450 USD/Per day
Education: Bachelor Degree in related field is required/Master degree is preferred.
Note: Up to 10% travel will be required for this role.
Role Description
Responsibilities for Senior Product Manager
- Take ownership of product or products in your portfolio
- Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an on-going basis.
- Help to drive forward the product life cycle with the rest of the team
- Support deployment of the product according to defined process to achieve set targets
- Propose, manage and lead to the market product evolutions
- Acquire deep knowledge of the product key features, benefits, limitations
- Report on the added value driven by the product changes
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect business requirements and to balance them to meet client needs, as well as budgets and timelines.
Required Qualifications of the Senior Product Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role
- Previous experience working within the corporate travel, hospitality, airline, GDS sector or similar
- Strong experience of working in an Agile environment (certification is a plus: CSPO, CSM )
- International or global experience and proven success working in a multi- cultural environment
