Experience required of SAP COE HR Manager
- Manager Global CoE: 10-12 years (managerial) experience required in a similar role and in a complex international environment
- Prince2 or IPMA certifications are preferred
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across different Functions and organisation levels. Experience with professional interaction on Senior Management levels on a frequent basis
- Extensive stakeholder management at all levels within organisation
- In-depth knowledge in Functional domain, coupled with broad end-to-end business (process) understanding
- Robust understanding of capabilities of IT solutions being used and available
- Extensive experience and Background in SAP HR
- Extensive experience corporate office (CO)
