Job Summary:
Perform Analyse & Development in SAP ECM (Entreprise Compensation Management) including developments in ABAP WebDynpro.
- Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, functional analysis. Delivering quality on-time
- Participate support activities: Incidents; Questions; Service Requests; Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing)
Skills required:
- Able to establish specifications
- SAP ECM & ABAP WEBDYNPRO are a MUST
- ITIL is a plus (Incident/change management)
- Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions
- Able to build and maintain the relationship with customer IT member at client side
- Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self organized and communicative
- Challenged by complex problems
- Strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
- Service-oriented attitude
- Fluent oral communication skills in Dutch and/or French
- Fluent writing in (Dutch or French) AND English
