Level 1 Service Desk Engineer
Due to the urgency of the role applicants must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Service Desk Analyst
Will act as the first point of contact for customers contacted to report issues and faults relating to their service. The primary objective of the role is to provide first time resolution.
Knowledge and experience working in an IT environment
Provide technical support and assistance to customers experiencing a wide range of computer problems
Experience using BMC Remedy, documenting tickets, providing follow-up, and investigating resolution if required
