One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a Solution Deployment Project Manager/Coordinator (CRM - Siebel)
Mission description:
The current main scope of this role is to deploy Siebel 8.1 Sales, Helpdesk and Training modules. In a longer term also other solution deployments might be added to the scope of this role.
The deployment process consists of the following main steps:
Carry out and coordinate gap analysis of the organizations current processes and tools
Define the deployment plan
Manage remote implementation: co-ordinate the deployment activities of various teams
Collaborate with the Change manager in order to ensure organizations and users are ready for the transition.
Ensure and measure adoption of the solution
Provide functional solution consulting to organizations to be deployed
Autonomously plan and execute the deployment projects activities in line with the overall planning provided by the team's manager. Collaborate with the Trainer as well as other teams when necessary to ensure smooth deployment. Ensure high quality of the deployment process and the deliverables: ensure continuous improvement process is adhered to and actions taken proactively to improve the deployment process.
Skills and Experience
A skilled and experienced project manager/project coordinator enthusiastic of managing global deployment projects in multinational environment. Focused on delivering the projects on time and in budget and ensuring high quality of the deliverables and internal partners' satisfaction
Education and experience
University degree in Marketing, Business or Scientific studies, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of working experience in project management/co-ordination role
Experience from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions deployment projects is a plus
Functional Skills:
Ability to apply learning development experience, coupled with modern adult learning methodology, to design and deliver innovative blended learning solutions with current technology
Expert knowledge in using at-least one E-learning development tool (eg Captivate, Storyline)
Experienced in designing effective classroom supporting material (user guides, presentations, workbooks, exercises)
Proficient in virtual & classroom delivery
Skilled in Microsoft applications to produce supporting training material (ppt, Word)
Capable of planning and managing complex workload (Microsoft Project a plus)
Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus

Fluent in English (written/spoken) (as users to be trained are globally spread out)
