Your tasks:
- Accountable for the overall organization and execution of the logistics participation at international congresses, company events, global meetings
- Negotiate contracts and sponsorships terms for the events with service providers and congress associations
- Coordinate the need of the company affiliates, stakeholders and the sponsored partners
- Handle all congress-related logistics
- Implement congress and event marketing metrics
Your qualifications
- Experience in congresses and booth mandatory
- In-depth congress experience
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration
- Proficiency in English
