Our business is very busy, we now have two offices, over 300 people and have invested a lot in our technology. One of the biggest was a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM System. Our group is ISO27001 accredited, 20 people strong and this role will report into the Application Support Manager.
You are a systems analyst who has an interest in application support not infrastructure and you enjoy asking questions and digging for answers. You will be comfortable talking to colleagues in our Business Change, Marketing, Finance and Sales departments about CRM and working out what they really want!
You'll help us change from being reactive to a proactive support team by spotting patterns, learning from them and putting in new practices. Sounds easy, right?!
We'd love to hear from you if you have worked in a telesales or contact centre business and a regulated environment supporting CRM systems. If you understand data, functions, databases and have experience of SQL that is also very useful.
If you have had exposure to ISO27001 that would be a nice bonus but experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system really, really, really is essential.
This role will take energy, confident communication and top level interpersonal skills.
Whilst we cannot promise a permanent role at the end of your six months, we can tell you that our IT department has grown significantly over the past 12 months therefore it is a real possibility.
