The Contractor shall perform the following Services . Core CS/PS On Site Expertise mission. You will work in the Performance team as a Core expert through signalling analysis.
Responsibilities:
Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of mobile technologies, optimisation skills and methods (parameters, KPI's reporting, configuration ) you will analyse, troubleshoot and optimize the Network Performance identifying potential issues (congestion, network parameters tuning, customer complaints, etc..) and providing associated recommendations.
You will be also responsible for reviewing, approving deliverables and holding technical presentation to Technical Teams & Top Management.
Requested competence
- The Core Engineer should have a good knowledge in Core CS, A, Gb and Iu_CS and Iu_PS interfaces, acquired through technical training and several years of practical experience.
- Network Performance Management
- Good Knowledge in core network dimensioning, planning, performance monitoring and optimization
- Good knowledge on Core, 2G/3G signalling and protocol layers (Iu, A, MAP, CAP, INAP, ISUP...)
- Reporting and good analytics level
- 1st experience with probing solution is mandatory.
- A strong knowledge in one or many of the following vendors Alcatel/Ericsson/Huawei/NSN, parameters and equipment, would be appreciated.
- Good communication skills in meetings, conferences and presentations are also required.
- LTE skills are appreciated.
- Basic skills in radio performance optimization would be also appreciated
