Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions - Mortgage Operations

Global Enterprise Partners is currently in the market for a Project Manager to Lead the Acquisition Governance Process in a Business Critical M&A Environment.

As Project Manager for this Acquisition you will have:

  • Strong Project Management experience in structured Environment
  • Management of Governance/Due Diligence Processes
  • Previous experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in the Netherlands- Pre and Post
  • Experience In Mortgage Operations/Special Servicing Environment
  • Post-Acquisition Integration Experience (preferred)

The Customer is looking for strong M&A Project Managers with:

  • Fluent English & Dutch Language
  • Excellent written and Oral Communication skills
  • Strong Project Management/Governance skills
  • Excellent Organisation skills
  • Strong Stakeholder & 3rd Party Management skills
  • Ability to work in high pressure, rapidly changing environment

Location: Amsterdam

Duration: Initially 3 months with possibility of long term extension

Start: Immediate/as soon as possible
