Supplier Relation Management Analyst/SRM Analyst/Procurement Officer/Procurement Analyst required to work for a Public Sector/Government organisation based in Leeds.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE FALLS INSCOPE OF IR35
The role might suit a procurement or purchasing Analysts with 3 years experience minimum, local (ie willing to be based in Leeds) with good IT skills (word, excel PowerPoint) and with good communication skills who can work with stakeholders and suppliers and then provide the analytical information based on the data they have gathered from engagement with the suppliers.
Working for the Head of Supplier Relationship Management on a newly implemented Strategic Programme providing full business analyst support. This role requires the analyst to contact and obtain different types of financial and management information from multiple sources and collate review and provide analysis. Create, manipulate and manage information into multiple SRM dashboard presentations.
Individuals must be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience in producing meaningful reports, presentations and a dashboard is essential.
The candidate must be highly proficient in effective relationship management/interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation/planning skills, ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility. Ability to demonstrate discretion when dealing with confidential data. The ability to produce high quality products, to challenging timescales. Experience of working in the professional services sector either public or private would be a distinct advantage. A minimum of 3-5 years experience is required.
