Salesforce Business Analyst for a big client of us in Amsterdam! This is a great opportunity so we are looking for candidates that would like to commit for this role untill the end of the year, and preferably beyond that.
You'll be working in Amsterdam for an international brand with offices around the world, and as you can imagine a very diverse culture. The Salesforce Business Analyst is expected to be an expert in their field, with a wealth of experience working on large Salesforce/CRM project.
For this role it is important that you can think in solutions. You know what kind of innovations and activities there are in your field of expertise. Our client is looking for someone who is eager to learn and is capable to challenge themselves and the people around them.
Key Requirements
Vast experience within the video domain with skills like;
You must have business analysis experience working on change and transformation programs, managing an driving change, working on large Salesforce/CRM project
You will have previous E-commerce industry experience and will ideally have expertise in one or more of the following business processes:
sales, marketing, service, fulfilment, billing & regulatory.
