My client is looking for a strong Project/Programme Manager who has a number of SAP implementations in his/her experience. As well as retaining strong SAP Functional expertise and knowledge particularly around FICO.
Has excellent stakeholder management skills and thus not a purely technical SAP person.
While a key aspect of the required skill set is a strong, recent technical knowledge of SAP (especially FICO and Sales) you will be facing off against a variety of senior stakeholders who are non-technical. You will need to ability/experience of managing these stakeholders is equally as important as being able to manage (and understand the detail) of the SAP configuration team.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' in a SAP environment, successfully managing complex projects involving significant business change.
- An ability to act as business change manager as well as project manager. Experience in addressing key business issues with IT solutions.
- Delivering all the project workstreams including the technical solution, change management, and new business process implementation.
- Knowledge of full breadth of SAP modules including Financial, Pricing, Sales, Reporting, Intercompany, Supply chain.
- Managing a team of 15-20.
- Former Consulting experience - Must have excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with strong SAP Functional Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of a best -practice project management methodology, preferably PMP certified.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
