SC Cleared Product Manager | London | 2 Year Project | £500 - £600pdPeople Source Consulting are pleased to be offering an initial one year contract for an SC Cleared Product Manager as part of an overall 2 year project for our London based Central Government Client.
The role of the Product manager is to:
*Set Product strategy;
*Agree the product roadmap(s);
*Deliver the product definition;
*Evaluate and tunes product requirements in line with technology opportunities and constraints;
*Ensure the product definition is effectively handed over for requirements and design elaboration
*Manages the Closed User Groups for formal product evaluations.
Essential skills and experience:
*Significant experience of working in a fast paced GDS environment, applying PM methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, with a deep understanding of the project lifecycle, project definition and scoping principles
*Proven track record of translating strategy and end-to-end business design into detailed products
*Demonstrable ability to visualise, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts, and make disciplined decisions based on available information.
*Experience of driving data/business analysis and data/business modelling to support articulating problems, benefits realisation and technical design
*Substantial experience of establishing and developing productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with demonstrable ability to recognise, anticipate and effectively deal with existing or potential conflicts at all levels
*SC Clearance or eligibility
Nice to have skills and experience:
*Demonstrates an understanding of users, their habits, and the different ways in which they interact with technology in order to provide a more personalised, targeted and compelling service.
*Demonstrates an awareness and understanding of how the digital economy is changing user behaviour and the government landscape.
*Experience of successfully influencing, changing and impacting decisions, and bringing people together to benefit the project.
*Understanding of the law Enforcement Landscape
In return my client are offering a highly competitive rate of £500 - £600pd on an initial 12 month contract as part of an overall 24 month project.
