Description

We are looking for a Service Analyst for a 3 month contract to be part our 2nd line team based in Telford.

The teams regular work items includes the following.

  • Performing printer audits of sites.
  • Resolving more technical faults with MPS devices.
  • Undertaking rebalancing across all sites.
  • Administrate the movement of MPS devices.
  • Reporting of device utilisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following technical Skills:

  • Good understanding of printers and print environments
  • Experience of HP Web jetadmin
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience of working with other resolver groups

Business Skills

  • Good understanding of what constitutes a managed service .
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work as part of a team to deliver the service.
  • Problem analysis and resolution.
  • Able to work on own initiative when required
