Description
We are looking for a Service Analyst for a 3 month contract to be part our 2nd line team based in Telford.
The teams regular work items includes the following.
- Performing printer audits of sites.
- Resolving more technical faults with MPS devices.
- Undertaking rebalancing across all sites.
- Administrate the movement of MPS devices.
- Reporting of device utilisation.
The ideal candidate will have the following technical Skills:
- Good understanding of printers and print environments
- Experience of HP Web jetadmin
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience of working with other resolver groups
Business Skills
- Good understanding of what constitutes a managed service .
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work as part of a team to deliver the service.
- Problem analysis and resolution.
- Able to work on own initiative when required
