SC Cleared 1st Line Support - Lucrative Assignment - SC Clearance Required - Multiple Positions
Working for a classified project for an initial 3-6 months, multiple SC Cleared 1st Line Support Engineers are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Will act as the first point of contact for customers contacted to report issues and faults relating to their service. The primary objective of the role is to provide first time resolution.
- Knowledge and experience working in an IT environment
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers experiencing a wide range of computer problems
- Experience using BMC Remedy, documenting tickets, providing follow-up, and investigating resolution if required
