Description
Commercial & Procurement Lead to manage the commercial team in all aspects of procurement and external spend activity. This will involve a realignment of the service and setting them up for best practice delivery.

Knowledge of EU procurement regulations and local authority/public sector procurement is preferable.

Strong negotiation skills, Commercial Advice, Procurement, Contract Management
Knowledge and delivery of best practice e-tendering and contract management systems.
