IT Project Manager
Background and description of assignment
This person will onboard services, from decision to implementation. The person will be in charge of reference guides, processes, routines and planning.
Tasks
- Coordinating creation, design, introduction, operation, change and retirement of service
- Escalating and reporting critical issues and deviations that impact the Service
- Performing activities required to introduce, operate, change or retire a Service
-Following up metrics, eg cost, budget, quality, availability
- Planning activities needed for Lifecycle Management
- Ensuring creation and maintenance of Service documentation, eg Service Catalog content, Support documentation, Service architecture, Supply Chain
Personal requirements
Should have experience working in large organizations and sourced environments
Swedish and English in speaking and writing
Number of resources needed: 1
Site: 200 km north of Stockholm
Workload: 100%

Language requirements: English and Swedish
