Description

For one of our client based in Brabant-Wallon and active in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for: System & Data owner SAP PS (ALM)

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Project Support

  • Act as a technical advisor to the business during the solution design phases and operate as a trusted partner with the IT team
  • Gather and formalize business requirements (process, data & system)
  • Create blueprint document aligned with industry best practice as well as internal guidelines and policies.
  • Follow-up on development progress
  • Write, execute and document User Acceptance Tests (UAT) scripts
  • Develop training Material & Deliver training to Key Users
  • Lifecycle & Incident Management
  • Document incidents, functional issues, requests for information, problems, service and change requests from users
  • Maintain SAP PS and CATS modules as well as internal and external interfaces
  • Provide efficient support for key users in all facets of the day to day operational activities and escalate the tickets to the next level as required
  • Analyze technical, procedural and documentation issues of the past and identify potentials for improvement
  • Provide reporting and status updates.

In order to deploy these processes in R&D, a complete rethinking of our processes, data and systems is required, as well as the integration of our SAP solutions with Planiware.

Planisware is an advanced multi-project and multi-user project management tool. It enables the management of the entire 'product' life cycle process from the initial idea to the release of a product. (Manage project plan, scope &schedule). The tool will also be used to do capacity management across the entire R&D organization and to establish project/portfolio budget

SAP PS (Radar) enables the management of the non-clinical ' External Project Expenditure (EPE) ' life cycle process (creation of activity, allocation of EPE). It contains the inventory of activities for our timetracking process

SAP CATS enables the management of our time recording from entire R&D population

SAP PS (Eclipse) enables the management of the clinical ' External Project Expenditure (EPE) ' life cycle process

SAP eSBB (electronic Study Budget Breakdown) enables the forecasting of clinical fees per local operating company, the estimation of inter-company fair market value, the creation of contract and is as well our clinical fees benchmarking tool

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent degree

Knowledge of minimum one of our SAP modules (SAP PS or CATS), with a preference for profile having proofed experience in various modules.

Knowledge of business processes and concepts: scope management and scheduling, resource management, budgeting and cost management

Knowledge of Application life cycle Management (ALM) best practices and standards

Knowledge of at least one project management methodology (PMBOK, Prince2, etc)

Ability to speak & write English. French is a plus. Workshops are conducted in English.

Ability to communicate technical requirements and topics to a non-technical audience

Experience

5-8 years experience as SAP Business analyst

Experience with SAP consulting and/or SAP implementation

Solid experience (client project work) for global clients and/or Matrix environment

Experience in R&D environment and bio/pharma industry is an advantage

Prior project management experience preferred
