Our client, a global ICT services and solutions provider for enterprise is recruiting for a Channel Sales Manager (B2B) to join their business in United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for channel account management and channel sales development
- Identifying and obtaining new channel partners, and maintaining strong relationships for both existing and potential partners
- Collaborating with channel partners aligned with the overarching vision/mission of External Business (B2B)
- Carry a sales quota generated through channel sales - structuring and negotiating complex deals with strategic partners and managing the relationships on-going
- Develop and secure validated channels to penetrate Government / Finance market in accordance with the company strategy
- Supporting the prospect, negotiation, and close of deals via validated channels in an aggressive time frame to achieve sales quota. Create channel programs and provide strategic channel management for partnerships (existing and new), balancing company interests with partners’ business needs
- Develop and execute go to market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities
- Secure a new business ecosystem for “Device as a Service” by developing and partnering suitable channels
- Resolve partner pain points and implement performance improvement programs in a collaborative manner
- Leverage company’s executives, regional business units, existing partners, and other resources

Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience in IT solution sales / business development; expertise in mobility solution sales is strongly preferred
- Sales experiences in Government / Financial Institutions with in depth understanding of the enterprise mobility and security ecosystem - working experience in Government IT department is strongly preferred
- Strong capability to handle different solutions such as Enterprise Mobility Management including EMM, Mobile VPN, Containerization, Biometric Authentication, etc.
- Understanding of the business on Software as a Service (SaaS) and Device as a Service is required - sales experience in Device as a Service is highly preferred
- Drive a specified number of partner sales leads per partner per month and achieve the target revenue
- Fluency in English required; approximately 20-30% travel requirement
