Description

*Regional Wellbeing Manager, Global Asset Management Bank, London- 12 months*

My client, a Global Asset Management Custodial Bank requires a competent Wellbeing Manager to join their Human Resources department, in London, on an initial 12 month contract.

The ideal candidate will have Wellbeing managerial experience within Banking, or a large blue chip organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Wellbeing Plan for the EMEA region and identify opportunities to enhance the wellbeing provision in line with the overall wellbeing strategy.
  • Organise and deliver Wellbeing events and campaigns in EMEA, in liaison with local stakeholders.
  • Contribute towards the implementation of the Wellbeing Strategy for all locations outside the US, by carrying out research and making recommendations.
  • Work in collaboration with the US Wellbeing team to ensure consistency in approach and that the programs are appropriate and complementary.
  • Represent EMEA in the Global Wellbeing programs and assist in development and delivery.
  • Work with other Wellbeing team members in APAC, India and EMEA to share best practice and ensure consistency in wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage, administer and promote EMEA wellbeing initiatives including: promotion of special events and activities, the engagement platform, seasonal influenza vaccination programme, the International Employee Assistance Programme, parental buddy programme, emergency back-up care service and on-site wellbeing services.
  • Provide wellbeing information, guidance and support to members of the HR team as appropriate and handle individual enquiries with hand-off to third party providers as appropriate.
  • Maintain the annual Wellbeing Calendar of EMEA events eg Benefit and Wellbeing Days held at all the UK and Ireland locations.
  • Manage the budget for all wellbeing activities throughout the EMEA region.
  • Manage third party wellbeing vendors, including selection, relationship management, termination, contract management while ensuring that internal vendor protocols are maintained with HR Vendor Management.
  • Maintain accurate Wellbeing metrics and contribute to ROI development.
  • Coordinate communications and marketing relating to Wellbeing programs and events, via email, MySource, posters etc. in line with the Global Wellbeing strategy.
  • Maintain Wellbeing program and event content on MySource, MySource Social and MyReward.
  • Lead the EMEA Wellbeing Champion network and coordinate their activities.
  • Collaborate with regional Diversity & Inclusion representatives and relevant ERG networks to coordinate and promote Wellbeing programs.
  • Manage the Office Wellbeing Centre and Wellbeing Room facilities and services within

Requirements

  • Highly competent project management, event management, organisational and administrative skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans.
  • Experience of managing and building effective working relationships with third party outsourced service providers/vendors.
  • Able to manage large scale projects where implementation may be across different locations.
  • Able to effectively communicate and explain complex wellbeing and benefit arrangements and processes to a broad based client group.
  • Numerate with attention to detail.
  • Articulate with good interpersonal and relationship management skills with a client service business delivery focus.
  • Good data management, interpretation, analysis and data presentation skills are required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with limited day to day supervision.
  • The individual is required to work on a wide range of different projects simultaneously and autonomously to deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a large organisation but not necessarily in the Financial Services Sector
