Project Coordinator
A large investment company is looking for a confirmed Project Coordinator (2-4 years) to join the Project & Change Management team with the goal to support the implementation of the broad regulatory program. The selected candidate must have a proven track record of delivering regulatory projects and a good knowledge of the fund industry.
She/he will be responsible for:
- Delivering projects within time, scope and budget;
- Drafting projects scope, plan and business requirements;
- Monitoring progress, escalating risks and issues as well as mitigation action plans;
- Coordinating working group meetings with business teams, IT and vendors, setting the agenda, preparing meeting materials, documenting minutes and ensuring clear ownership of action items;
- Planning and overseeing the execution of testing across all lines of business;
- Leading steering committees to supply a clear, formal, communication with the stakeholders: achieve regular progress reports and steerings.
- Ensuring the change management within the teams through the set-up of handbooks, organization of trainings, SLA.
Essential Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Investment funds industry
- English and French language skills
