Proteus Europe is searching for a Senior Lean Project Manager for a 2 month+ contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.Our Client :-
Our client is, as the first universal direct bank, a strong player on the Belgian market. The bank provides its customers with a wide range of financial products and services via the distribution channel of their choice (click and face). Our clients customers are based in retail as well as private banking clients, as well as small, medium and large enterprises.
Your New role :-
- Reduce time to market of IT releases from end of functional integration tests to deployment in production
- By scaling up an Agile programme (Kata method) that LEANs every step of a complex IT change and release process in a banking environment (currently about a 100 hand-offs)
- Without reducing the risk or security level of the current process
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Stakeholder Management: Align, Inspire and Negotiate with a wide network of process participants and stakeholders
- Lean process improvement: define value streams and swim lanes with process actors
- IT software delivery lifecycle experience: define feasible improvement
- Non-financial risk management: understand risk management in a tightly regulated context of financial sector
- Programme Mgm in an Agile way: coach a wide number of initiatives, addressing obstacles and inspiring progress
