Service Delivery Manager/Technical Services Manager
Day rate contract
12 months (4 month rolling)
Kildare
The successful consultant will be responsible for the operational management of all end to end service including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for the technical ownership of nominated services within IT Delivery
- Responsibility for Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operation activities end to end specified services
- Responsibility for the Technical Delivery of allocated services ensuring a focus on service availability, serviceability, maintainability and recover-ability of allocated Services.
- Manage according to the corporate strategy, company policy and global service delivery requirements
- Act as the 1st port of call for Account Delivery Management to ensure a high level of stakeholder and customer satisfaction
- Undertake direct customer management and cost management of allocated services.

Requirements
- Degree qualified or relevant business & technical management experience
- Customer care and service training.
- Technical delivery experience in Enterprise scale business environment is beneficial
- Experience in a SAP environment is highly beneficial
- Certified knowledge of management disciplines and processes including ITIL v3
- Best-shore/near-shore delivery experience essential.
- Customer contractual service and service level agreement exposure.
- In depth and recent experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications industry
- In depth experience in an outsource vendor environment, specifically in service delivery or experience working on the customer side of an outsourcing relationship.
- Customer contractual service and service level agreement exposure.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience of managing client expectations in large scale programmes.
- Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal skills and leading in change.
- Ability to work across various cultures and across organizational boundaries.
- General management, Matrix management experience and strong team development skills.
- Ability to influence upwards and downwards to logical team and Service Chain
