I have an excellent role working for a leading bank. My client is looking for a highly analytical and skilled data analytics lead with strong Scrum master/agile experience.
You will have the opportunity to use your skills in data analysis and software delivery toward implementing solutions working collaboratively with the project lead, business analysts and software build teams. You will create new ways to visualize data contributing to a better understanding and interpretation of complex data structures for senior stakeholders
Key skills:
- Providing technical guidance to troubleshoot and resolve development blockers
- Work with Business Analysts to interpret functional specifications to enhance the usability and strategic direction
- Work closely with the project lead to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of business requirements
- Lead agile scrum ceremonies
- Experience of developing large scale platforms
- Experience of using and configuring JIRA
- Scrum Master experience
- Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders in both business and technology/service departments
- Delivery-focused - to produce pragmatic approaches to solution
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
