Sourcing Manager - HR Service/Financial Services - Bristol or London
We are seeking a HR Service Sourcing Manager who understands and can implement category and sub category strategies. Will be involved in various projects including L&D, Outplacements, Healthcare Well Being. This is an initial contract until December, with a potential option to extend. Working for a banking client based in either Bristol or London.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Service Sourcing Manager - HR category experience
- Will be responsible for completing a number of projects implementing category strategies, providing input and reflecting market conditions
- Projects will include Outplacement, Learning & Development, Healthcare Well Being to name a few
- Working with Key stakeholders, providing advice and promoting best practice and
Skills required:
- Strong experience in HR sourcing role
- Able to implement category and sub category strategies including L&D, Outplacement and Healthcare Well Being
- Ideally previous banking/financial services background
- Excellent experience in HR processes and functions
This role can be based either Bristol or London
