Release Test Manager
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Release Test Manager for a project with one of our clients based in Helsingborg, Sweden.
Location: On site 5 days a week in Helsingborg, Sweden.
Role Description:
Lead multiple teams including Test activities for;
- Feature Integration Test (FIT)
- Verification Test (Functional Test including Regression/Business Test)
- Business Acceptance Test (BAT)
- Integrated Performance Test (IPT)
- Operational Readiness Test (ORT)
- Non Functional Requirement testing (NFRs)
- Work with solutioning regarding feature scope
- Design and interlock plans with other streams
- Lead & manage all aspects of test design/scoping, test preparation, test execution and test reporting
- Managing testing teams in a multi instance multi code track development environment
- Accountable for all aspects of outbound reporting
Required skills:
- Senior/Expert Test Manager with proven track record managing complex releases through all test phases
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Very strong leadership skills
- Ability to work with cross stream verticals at all levels
- Agile (SAFe)
- Managing dispersed Global Delivery (GD) teams
- Experience/knowledge of test automation
- Self starter who's got experience working in a complex changing landscape
