Do you have Experience in providing a unified service operations reporting mechanism via the integration of disparate reporting tools such as BMC Remedy, SCOM, Cisco Prime, VMWare, Virtual Manager, McAfee ePO.

Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying and operationalising BMC Remedy suite, specifically Atrium CMDB, BPPM, and ADDM
- Understanding of ITSM processes for large enterprise network infrastructure, in particular event monitoring, detection, alerting and management
- Implementing change management, asset management and configuration management in Remedy
- Development, testing and execution of system workflow activities
- Preparation of system documentation for functional and technical requirements of all products and subsystems
Candidate must have at least a NATO SECRET clearances or equivalent.
