Description
Our client is a FTSE 100 Financial Services Business and they are looking to recruit a Financial Crime - Systems Manager with strong exposure to screening tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Governance and oversight responsibility for group sponsored financial crime surveillance systems
- Review and benchmark existing global financial crime and regulatory systems
- Ensure designated systems are fit for purpose
- Ensure that screening lists are globally consistent
Key experience and skills required:
- Knowledge of financial crime risk management in a UK financial services environment is essential
- Specialist knowledge of screening tools and how screening works
- Experience of Oracle OWS would be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills
- Strong relationships skills with the ability to influence at all levels
