Description

IT Business Analyst - Regulatory / Derivatives / Fluent German wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with expertise in the financial services industry, technology and systems integration
  • Derivatives experience is a must
  • Familiarity with Dodd-Frank and / or FinFrag, and ESMA style derivative regulations
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle with outstanding analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Ability to interpret a set of technical requirements in addition to a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills as well as adaptability to a business environment with fast changing requirements and priorities
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Determining required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them
  • Conducting requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and accompanying stakeholder interviews
  • Assisting the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
  • Identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements along with delivering Business Requirements to the relevant IT development teams
  • Liaising with Strategic (cross-divisional) and Asset Management specific regulatory programs and change management teams
