Description

A global leader in all forms of entertainment is looking for a talented Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be responsible for the budgeting/forecasting, reporting and analysis for EMEA, including identifying revenue growth opportunities and cost efficiencies across the business.

This is a great assignment for anybody with strong business partnering skills to work alongside local EMEA Sales and Finance teams.

To successfully deliver this role you will need to have:

  • A background in finance (ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Senior FP&A experience within a large listed multinational company.
  • To be able to travel internationally (estimated 20%).
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and presentation skills, as well as proven people management experience.

Royalty/licensing experience within a media business would be advantageous.

A little more information about the role:

  • Responsible for the management of budgets and forecasts.
  • Cross-department collaboration (sales, marketing, retail, legal).
  • Manage revenue accruals vs actuals for EMEA, as well as the P&L and GL account activity.
  • Manage and co-ordinate EMEA accruals process with local territories, including obtaining supporting documentation and explanations for audit purposes.
  • Review and present to VP Finance quarterly EMEA P&L and Management reports, providing executive summary and cause of change analysis, and ensuring operating performance versus budget are accurate
  • Providing financial support/inputs to Business Development team with the evaluation of business risks and opportunities for New Business.
  • Responsible for the coaching and development of a team of 2 direct reports.
