Your tasks:
- Define and maintain the Organizational Change Management (OCM), communication approach and plan for a Strategy program
- Driving stakeholder’s engagement for a hub project
- Ensure relevant communication is executed
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments with functions and sites impacted
- Providing support to colleagues by coordinating communication and workshops with counterpart in Basel
Your qualifications
- University level, with degree in Science or Business
- Experience in Organization Change Management and Communication for complex projects in an international setup
- Knowledge of Pharma industry and Supply Chain is a definite plus
- English full proficiency, highly developed written and oral communication skills
