Description
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a listed business based in Berkshire to recruit a General Ledger Accountant on an initial 3-month contract. Joining a unique part of this business, you will be working in a small, tight knit team and managing a number of key stakeholders across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership for invoicing, statements and cash collection
- Provide cover for processing of payment runs and daily banking
- Provide process and control improvement and assist in deliverance of the business' Invoicing Project
- Ensure all transactions are check and approved in line with the business' DOA
- Manage key stakeholders across the business, finance, IT and the wider network.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Credit control, highly competent in Excel and experience on SAP. Strong interpersonal skills and being a motivated self-starter is also key.
