My client a global consultancy is seeking a MiFID II consultant/Compliance Officer to join their team.
As the MiFID II Consultant you will be responsible for compliance with MiFID II post-trade transparency & transaction reporting. This project analyses the reporting requirements in the MiFID II/MiFIR legislation and the associated guidelines from ESMA. You will also be involved in the implementation of reporting tools necessary to fulfil the MiFID II/MiFIR requirements on Post-Trade Transparency & Transaction Reporting theme.
Key skills and experience
*Deailed experience with MiFID II
*Detailed experience with compliance policy and system reporting
* regulatory change knowledge
*MiFIR
*Designing, implementation testing and of the Policy.
* Manage the end-to-end process of the implementation of MiFID II regulations and the Transaction Reporting solution.
*Responsibility for mapping regulatory fields to internal systems.
*Helping on material to project's Steering Committee meetings
*Experience with assisting product owners of post-trade transparency and transaction reporting tracks to create, refine and prioritise product backlog for upcoming sprints
