Process Coach - Security
Context
Our customer wants to respond to what really matters to their customers. Therefore they go Agile. A totally new operating model is put in place. Their IT process team has an important role to play.
Function
As a process coach you:
- Co create, refine, document and explain the Agile Operating Model and the related IT processes
- You are an IT security expert
- Go for continuous improvement together with the people on the field, you:
* analyse the issues
* define, test and coaches the implementation of the appropriate solution
Experience:
5 years of experience in an IT security/testing department and 2 years' experience as a process manager
