Your tasks:
- Identify, develop solutions and support implementation to meet current and future business requirements
- Setting the HR project structure and governance
- Alignment of future needs with the system landscape, roadmap planning as well as with HR data template requirements
- Conduct ongoing gap analysis between organizational needs and system configuration, make recommendations, create the blueprint, take decisions which balance global and local needs, and execute/monitor the system configuration, testing and associated change management
- Responsible for conducting ongoing gap analysis between organizational needs and system configuration
- Encourage standardization, process improvement and integration within the HR Organization as well as in the service delivery to the business to enable and ensure efficient, flawless and high quality HR processes
Your qualifications
- In-depth user experience in a relevant HR system; preferably Successfactors-based
- Experienced in talent/performance/compensation business processes
- Successful case management and experience in implementation of a global HR/talent/performance/compensation system
- Demonstrated path of successful case management and implementation experience of a global HR system
- Solid project management skills
