The Role
This is an very exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a large Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation for one Ireland's best known institutions.
The role requires someone with 2-3 years of experience in gathering business requirements and helping to successful implement CRM solutions.
This is a 24 month contract position starting late October/early November.
The Job
- As a core part of the CRM team you will be required to communicate with lots of different business stakeholders and departments to gather business requirements
- Ensure the implementation stays on track by acting as the point of contact between the business and implementation partner to ensure all developments and customisations are completed and deployed on time
- Work with business teams to design, implement and maintain the CRM solution
- Act as technical leader in the CRM area surrounding implementation, data integration, data analytics and workflow design
- Project manager the delivery of the Dynamics CRM solution
- Provide end-user support throughout the entire project life cycle
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst working on implementing CRM solutions
- Experience in implementing and support CRM/enterprise solutions
- A strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM 2016/Dynamics 365 is a destinct advantage
- Experience managing software vendors to ensure success project delivery
Beneficial Skills:
- Software testing experience/certification
- Development experience in .NET, C#
- Microsoft Dynamics certification
- Project management certification or training
