Description
My client based in the West Midlands is keen to recruit a Process Consultant to join their existing programme team.You will be a Six Sigma qualified consultant operating at either Yellow or Green belt level. You will be required to collate the information produced during multiple workshops and produce high quality Process documentation/maps for use by the programme team to deliver change across various projects within the wider programme
You will have a hands on approach, happy to be involved in all elements of process work including identifying benefits and improvements for change. You will be able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate across the programme team to help deliver successful change within this complex client environment.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and above all you will have a positive personality, able to meet challenges head on and deliver positive results encouraging colleagues to work with you along the way.
