Customer Services Representative
One of our Blue Chip Clients requires a Customer Services Representative to provide customer access, pre-sales, Post sales and service delivery.
Duties are to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, on site engineerinjg personnel and authorised service providers on specalised and or complex systems. Responsible for providing support to internal and external customers and resellers via incoming customer contacts through telephony or e-support methods.
Responsible for applying developed knowledge of job sills, company policies and procedures to technical aspects of the role. Working on assignments that are complex in nature and require problem resolution and with the ability to work with limited supervision
